PERSONAL TRAINING

One to one online Personal Training sessions are available with Musical Theatre Fitness' Creator; Felicity Halfpenny. Felicity is a qualified Personal Trainer with a Master Level PT qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

A bespoke fitness plan will be designed around you and based on your health, fitness and well-being goals! Look, feel and perform at your best. Felicity will keep you motivated and ensure you stay consistent with your progression.

WHAT THE CLASSES OFFER

 

Work It Out is a 45 minute dance cardio fitness class that combines the love of musical theatre with a bootcamp HIIT session and fitness moves. Tracks range from slow to fast and helps develops stamina, strength and overall fitness, whilst having lots of fun. 

Ever wanted to feel like you are part of a musical or show?
This class is for all dance levels! Learn original choreography to a chosen Musical Theatre or Disney song. The Instructor will take you through a warm up and then teach you, step by step, an original routine. You will then stretch and cool down at the end. You'll forget you are even working out!

Stretch It Out is a 45 minute class set to musical theatre tracks which will help to awaken and align your body. Designed for all-levels, this stretch class will allow you to target all muscle groups to help increase flexibility and strength.
