Service Description
Stretch It Out is a 30 minute online class set to a musical theatre soundtrack which will help to awaken and align your body. Designed for all-levels, this stretch class will allow you to target all muscle groups to help improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility, whilst increasing muscle tone and functional core strength. The class will also help to reduce stress levels and improve mental well-being and bring a sense of calmness to the body.

Cancellation Policy
Booked classes must be cancelled no less than 3 hours before the classes advised start time. Sessions cancelled over the 3 hour notice can be rescheduled elsewhere within the agreed contracted period. If a class is cancelled with less than 3 hours notice the session will be charged. We may cancel any contract or class without notice if you commit a material breach of this agreement, including but not limited to a breach of Musical Theatre Fitness' Code of Conduct. We may cancel any contract or subscription without notice if any fees or charges remain unpaid 7 days after the due date. We reserve the right to cancel any class or Personal Training session if an Instructor is unable to attend a session due to unavoidable circumstances. In this instance we would refund or reinstate the class credit to any subscriptions.
